The living is fairly cheap compared to McKinney and Dallas area, and overall it is a safe town with the exception of a few choice areas. Sherman is a place to go when you want to be between city and country. A little shopping but a lot of open land.

This home was very cheaply remodeled, the flooring company they used did a horrible job and United Built Homes has poor Customer Service and will not address the lies or issues we have not did they assist us during Covid as per Federal law requires them to do.
