A toner works to remove unwanted pigments left behind after lightening hair. The tones in the toner will cancel out unwanted pigments that are opposite the color wheel. All manic Panic colors can be mixed but the virgin snow is a toner and it will most likely make the darker color lighter.
Can I leave Manic Panic toner in overnight?
