What is Annex XV?
It gives guidance on how to propose and justify the identification of substances of very high concern (‘SVHCs’) in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 59 of REACH (hereinafter referred to as an ‘Annex XV SVHC dossier’). In this document, Regulation 1907/2006 is referred to as the REACH Regulation or REACH.
Is Copper REACH compliant?

What is Reach Annex VII?

How many SVHC are there?
219
On July 8, 2021, the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) added eight new substances of very high concern (SVHC) to the Candidate List [1]. Some of them represent a group with more than one substance and the additions bring the total number of SVHC entries to 219.
Which substance is excluded from REACH?
Some substances are completely excluded from REACH regulation such as radio-active substances. While other substances are partially exempted from REACH. For example, starch and polymers are exempted from registration, but they may be subject to other obligations under REACH.
What is REACH candidate list?
The identification of a substance as a Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) and its inclusion in the Candidate List can trigger certain legal obligations for the importers, producers and suppliers of an article that contains such a substance.
Is beryllium RoHS compliant?
All beryllium copper shielding is designed to be RoHS (Restriction of the Use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) compliant and made to the highest standard of quality and safety.
Is Brass exempt from REACH?
How is REACH applied to materials and products that contain chemicals? In general, brass semis (e.g. rod, bar, strip, etc.) and finished products can be defined as articles under REACH and therefore are not subject to REACH registration.
