Portal Oakland is on a corner with a Lake Merritt view. Parking can be rough around here so grab it when you find one! At first this spot looks tiny but their back patio is so cute and has a nice ambiance. Even with the added space for pandemic safety, it’s still a bit close for our comfort to other guests.
