Each year, we receive around 1,000 completed applications for 150 places on the programme. We anticipate a similar level of competition this year. If you meet (or mostly meet) the eligibility criteria, we strongly encourage you to apply. If you don’t apply, you definitely will not get a place!

We work to improve access to high-quality education and employment opportunities. Our programmes focus on high-attaining students from lower income families. We aim to sustain and innovate our programme portfolio by looking at new avenues for social mobility such as apprenticeships and the use of digital technology.

The Sutton Scholars® High School Enrichment Program helps high school students in Baltimore become confident, competent individuals by teaching essential soft and other life skills necessary to develop socially and emotionally, and to achieve academic, workplace, and personal success.
