How do I download CareLink Uploader?
To install the Uploader:
- Sign into the CareLink™ website.
- On the next page, click on the link, “How to Install Uploader.”
- Click on “Download CareLink Uploader installer” under step 2.
- You will have the choice to run the file or save the file.

To create a CareLink™ account, go to the Medtronic Diabetes CareLink™ Personal website and select “Create an Account.” First, select your country and language, then choose Patient as your Account Type. Read the Terms of Use and select YES to continue. Read through the prompts to complete the Consent Agreements.

On the Home screen of your CareLink™ page, you will need to select “How to Install Uploader” and a page will display. Follow the on-screen instructions. Once the uploader is installed, we can now upload your pump. On the Home screen of your CareLink™ page, you will need to select “Upload Device” and the CareLink™ Uploader will display.
