Showers are now open at the majority of our Clubs across the country. We are please to be able to once again offer this amenity to our Members. Towel Service is currently available at a limited number of Clubs. We will notify Members via email when Towel Service is reintroduced at Clubs in your area.

Can you bring a friend to GoodLife for free?

Members can bring one (1) different guest for each free visit. Any guests must be accompanied by the member to gain access to the club.
