What do you think of the plastic cake knife carrier?
I didn’t realize that a plastic cake knife was included, which was a nice surprise. Not only that, but the cake knife attaches to the inside of the carrier! It is very tall which is great if you are making cakes with many layers, but a little bulky when you have smaller cakes. Still, I’d much rather have a carrier that can fit more cakes.
