Tombstone Trail looks much easier to reach than it actually is. To get to the location, proceed up the west side of the northern path until you reach a big gap in the trail. Use Bridge to get across the gap, then sweep south and under the bridge you’ve just made. You’ll soon find your way to Tombstone Trail.

Head to the cat king in Ding Dong Dell, talk and then warp to Hamelin. Speak to the prince there to complete the item key you need to access the swamp. You can return to Perdida and speak to Khulan for access now.

Horace will be back in Ding Dong Dell after the events in Nevermore Castle, and after the event that follows it, if you’ve answered all his riddles up until now. Find him at the cemetery in upper Ding Dong Dell.
Where to get all seeing eyes Ni no Kuni?
When you get to Nazcaa, at the north west area of the island in the trees is the fuddy daddy familiar who has a rare drop for an all-seeing eye. He spawns in the same spot every time and this is the only place he appears in the game that I know of. Get close to him (do not let him see you) and save your game.
