We serve 124 stations in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. Most of our trains originate or terminate at Penn Station in Manhattan. Others originate or terminate at Atlantic Terminal in Brooklyn, or at Hunterpoint Avenue or Long Island City in Queens.

Re: Airtrain & LIRR: above or underground services? The JFK AirTrain is above ground. It is an elevated monorail, it is very modern and quite nice. The Long Island Rail Road operates above ground until it gets to the river, it crosses the river through a rail tunnel.
