What is an N224 form?
Form N224: Ask the court to serve documents outside England and Wales. If a court allows documents to be served outside England and Wales, claimants or defendants can use this form to ask the court to serve those documents.
What is N244 used for?
The N244 Application Notice is the form that needs to be completed in order to secure an Eviction hearing with the District Judge prior to the eviction taking place. This form needs to be completed in detail and be legally correct in order to prepare the Judge for the hearing.
What is an application on notice?
A document in which the applicant states their intention to seek a court order (see Civil Procedure Rule (CPR) 23.1). The general rule is that an application notice must be filed at court and a copy served on each respondent in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules (see CPR 23.3 and 23.4).

What is a Notice and Order?
Notice of order or judgment is a notice given after entering the order or judgment in register. According to USCS Claims Ct R 77, immediately after entering an order or judgment, the clerk must serve notice of the entry on each party who is not in default for failing to appear.
Can I ignore a CCJ?
If you ignore a CCJ, it won’t go away. It’ll be recorded on your credit file for six years from the date it was issued, and you’re at risk of further action being taken to recover the debt if you don’t pay it.
