TalentCentral™ is our new online platform. Not only does it offer you a faster, easier way of accessing your assessments, but it allows you to use SHL data to benefit your organization. Its real-time dashboards and insightful reports make it a powerful tool for organizations to analyze and manage their talent programs.

Who is SHL?

SHL is a company that publishes psychometric tests designed to test the diagrammatic, numerical, and verbal reasoning of prospective employees. SHL test accuracy, speed, and test score compare candidates’ suitability for the role. It is one of the most widely used recruitment tests in the United Kingdom.

How do I prepare for SHL test?

How do I get SHL results?

Results are typically available 48-72 hours after receipt of your samples to the laboratory. You will be informed your results are ready by SMS or email (depending on your preferences). You can view your results online by logging into your account on SHL.UK.

Does SHL use Webcam?

When you take our Video Interview test, your responses will be recorded via headphones and webcam, and you will be scored based on your responses. You will need the following before you attempt the test: PC or laptop. Webcam connected to the system or built-in laptop webcam.

Can you buy SHL tests?

We do not currently offer SHL general ability tests, but if you practise all our SHL test types then you will be prepared as they are just a combination of multiple tests.

Is the SHL test hard?

SHL tests can be tough, but that’s intentional. Remember, it’s not your absolute score that counts, but rather your score relative to your norm group. So, if you’re finding the test hard, don’t panic. It might just be a particularly difficult test that everyone is struggling with.
