The Indian Community School Kuwait (ICSK), formerly known as Indian School Kuwait (ISK), is the oldest Indian school recognized by the Ministry of Education, Kuwait and is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi.
When was Indian community school built?
5th May 1959
ISK started on 5th May 1959 at Nugra with just twenty two students. It then shifted to Hawally in 1960 and later on to Istiqlal Street. In May 1969, ten years later, ISK opened its first branch at Mangaf-Fahaheel with five teachers and about seventy students in classes KG to STD III.
