Who needs to fill in an EY2 form?
EY2 is the form that all persons connected with the registration – that is, the trustees, directors or owners – are required to complete during the initial registration process.

You can find out if a Childcare Provider is OFSTED registered by visiting the OFSTED website. Once upon the site, click on the link labelled ‘Find an inspection report’ and then input either the address details or Unique Reference Number (URN) into the appropriate boxes and click ‘Search’.
