How do I download wherigo?
These are the fundamental steps (for an Android phone) :
- Download the WhereYouGo app for Android.
- Download the wherigo cartridge in question from the wherigo website.
- Go to MyFiles.
- Press and hold the cartridge, and select to move it.
- After you press “move”, go to Internal Storage.

How good is urwigo’s emulator protection?
If you finish your cartridge in Groundspeak’s Builder and port it over to Urwigo, Urwigo has some very nice emulator protection. It is by no means infallible, mind you. It took me two hours to come up with a way to modify the cartridge to allow it to be played in the emulator, though doing so required some technical knowledge.
Will Wherigo ever go away?
This has always been the case with Wherigo and I don’t think it can ever go away. This is why: You can do several things to prevent people from playing a cartridge in the emulator. You could ask a question that verifies someone is reading a sign.
