Form E is the document which you and your spouse are required to complete if either of you applies to court about financial matters arising from a divorce or dissolution. The form E requires you to provide details of your income, assets and pension position.
What happens after form E is exchanged?
After the form E is exchanged, dispute resolution hearings are held in which parties try and reach an agreement failing which the matter is listed for a final hearing which is before the judge and a decision is made. The judge will then make a final decision based on the evidence heard.
