Download the Truecaller app from Google Playstore. Next save the number which you want to appear as switched off when they call you. Then open Truecaller and select the number which you have saved and Block the number from that. Simple!
What will replace landline phones?

How many telephones can I have on one line?
Yes and no. There really is no “absolute limit” on the number of phones or devices you can use on a phone line, but there is a limit on the amount of power available in your phone line. If you have too many telephone devices (including modems, telephones, answering machines, faxes, etc.), none of your phones will ring.
Can you divert a landline to a mobile?
Call forwarding is easy to set up on landline phones. Enter the numbers ’21’, followed by the mobile number to which you want calls to be forwarded. Then, press the ‘#’ (or hash) key. You should hear the announcement: “service feature activated’.
