Program Overview McMaster Science Co-op has approximately 400 students ready to apply their academic training in a practical, real-world setting. Our co-op students complete a total of three or four 4-month work terms, which allow them to gain relevant professional skills and experience before graduation.

You may change from co-op to regular at any time, as long as you are not committed to a job. However, you should meet with your Academic Advisor to review your degree requirements and course sequence.
