However, this does come with the plastic insert that makes your larger diameter tool work – you just slot the plastic insert into your existing tool.

It’s a triple, and has spacers between the cups and the cranks on both sides I think. According to the Shimano exploded diagram, there’s no spacers for 105 compact / double, just O-rings presumably to form a seal with the tube. The equivalent diagram for my triple shows the chunky external spacers that I have.
