Megaera is the fifth boss encounter in the Throne of Thunder. In order to be summoned the three Eternal Guardians must be slain and bells behind them rung.

Taming her prevents you from continuing the raid, but leaving the instance and waiting for a soft reset (don’t enter ToT for another 30m) will allow you to fight Ji-kun again. So, if you want this gorgeous beast as both pet and mount, tame it and come back in half an hour.
