What is a import code?

Import-export code is 10 digits unique ID issued by the Director-General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India to Indian Companies. In simple terms, the IEC code is required by exporters and importers to operate import/export business.

Do W-2 import codes change?

The Box D Control Number is a code that uniquely identifies your unique W-2 document in your employer’s records. In other words, the W-2 Control Number, whatever it is, will never increase or decrease your actual tax refund (or your amount owed) by a single penny.

What is the Walmart W-2 import code?
