Yahoo gets its info from weather dot com. I believe that Google was using Accuweather (I could be wrong, it might be another one, but it was definitely another commercial weather supplier), but IIRC Google has recently or is soon going to shift to its own global weather stations. It is big enough to have its own. Google will rule us all!
