CARECEN’s Deportation Defense Unit (DDU) represents clients throughout their removal proceedings. Originally the Unaccompanied Minor Representation Project, CARECEN’s Deportation Defense Unit formed in June 2018 after increasing our expertise to include large-scale representation of adults and detainees in removal proceedings.
