The VAIO Gate software is a user interface feature, also called a dock. It provides quick and easy access to open and switch between applications. If the VAIO Gate tab is not displayed, move the mouse cursor to the top of the screen and the tab will appear.
How do I uninstall VAIO Gate?
If you want to stop VAIO Gate from starting every time Windows starts simply click the toolbox next to the X on the far right side of the VAIO Gate toolbar. This will open the below VAIO Gate settings screen. Slide the option “Load At Startup” to No if you do not want VAIO Gate to load when Windows starts up.
