How deep in the water should a LiveScope transducer be?
I think the instructions say 7″ above the barrel but as long as it is in the water all the time, it shouldn’t matter. I guess you wouldn’t want it 6′ below the surface, that would limit your topwater view.
How do I turn Livecope off?
All Panoptix transducers including LiveScope keep pinging when you put the MFD in sleep mode. If you want it to stop, you need to use the Disable All Sonar button from the power menu.
