HBS, from Huntington Business Systems, is an online time and attendance system. It is used by all academic and administrative staff (exempt and nonexempt employees) who earn leave. Note: HBS is not applicable for the 5,000+ academics who do not earn leave (e.g., residents, emeritus faculty).
How do I access my HBS?
HBS is available via single sign-on under MyAccess: http://myaccess.ucsf.edu . In addition, HBS can be accessed at https://hbsweb.ucsfmedicalcenter.org/tpweb/. The HBS service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
