Is Magura MT4 good?
Magura MT4 Magura has thought about the home mechanic too, using the same Torx T25 standard for all their bolts and providing a five-year guarantee against leaks. In the lab, the MT4s were solid performers, equal to the other two-piston brakes, with good resistance to fade.

Magura’s MT7 Pro brakes offer powerful and predictable stopping power, require zero maintenance and manage heat better than most of the brakes I’ve ridden. The thicker, 2mm rotors are durable, resist warping and the oversized 4-piston caliper is ready to stop you no matter how steep it gets.

The MT4 uses the standard Magura discs that came with the MT7 as well. They brake nicely, don’t squeal and have worn exceptionally during their time on our bike.
