What do you do at the Pump It Up?

Pump It Up is the inflatable party place with arenas filled with huge bounce houses, slides, games and more. And we have packages for all party sizes, so birthday kids can bring all their friends.

How much is it for Pump It Up?

Admission is $12/child (+TAX) on weekdays and $15/child (+TAX) on weekends. Reservations save time, but are not required. Walk-ins are welcome, but be sure to check our online calendar to see when Open Jumps are available.

What is the age limit for Pump It Up?

All guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. Additional waivers are available at Pump It Up or online. Are there any age/height restrictions?

Is Pump it up permanently closed?

They have now announced that they are permanently closed.

Does Pump It Up have food?

You may bring cake (no ice cream cake), cupcakes, prepackaged dry snacks, candy, vegetable trays, fruit trays, and cheese trays (no meats) to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted.

Can adults do Pump It Up?

Adults or Care-Givers(18 yrs old) Adults or Care-Givers(18 yrs old) are not allowed on any inflatables at any time. What type of safety instruction is provided? We pride ourselves on safety. To help prevent injuries, each guest is required to watch the Pump It Up safety video before entering the inflatable arena(s).

Do you have to wear socks at Pump It Up?

Yes, socks are required to play on the inflatables. Our inflatables have been custom designed to account for heavy, indoor use. Each inflatable goes through rigorous testing for all ages before it is released to any of our facilities nationwide.

Do you wear socks at Pump It Up?

Yes, regular socks are required to play on the inflatables. Entrances and tunnels are wiped down after each party and every inflatable is cleaned and inspected on an ongoing maintenance schedule. Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?

Is pump it up a franchise?

Pump It Up has a franchise fee of up to $30,000 with a total initial investment range of $366,250 to $790,000.

Can adults play at Pump It Up?

The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!

Do you have to wear a mask at Pump It Up?

Do I need to wear a mask? Yes. We care deeply about the health and well-being of our valued team members and customers, and for this reason, expect all customers (children ages 2 years and older and all adults) who enter Pump It Up to wear a face covering.
