Wearing multiple types of God equipment will protect you from the various factions simultaneously. For example, wearing a Pendant of Armadyl with an Ancient mace, Saradomin mitre, and Unholy book all at once will prevent every faction except Zaros from automatically attacking you.

Zaros ( pronounced “ZÀ-ross”) is the god of fate and control, as well as the divine aspect of the dark, countering his companion, Seren, who is the divine aspect of light. He is an extremely powerful entity whose power ranks amongst that of Guthix and Seren, having been directly created by an Elder God.

After spending uncounted aeons watching and observing various mortal races throughout the different planes, Zaros came upon Gielinor to establish a domain of his own, a historic event that marked the beginning of the Second Age. During the Second Age, Zaros waged war against certain gods, like Tumeken and Loarnab, in order to expand his empire.
How did the Golden Age of Zaros end?
The golden age of Zaros came to an end when he was betrayed by one of his generals, the Mahjarrat Zamorak. This event also marked the end of the Second Age as a whole and is what ignited the God Wars.
