- Fast-travel to The Dust.
- Get into a vehicle.
- Find the Moonshiner “bus” (Cara-Van carrying the barrels of booze.
- Shoot at the barrels in the bootlegger’s bus to make them fly out.
- Collect the barrels. You don’t need to stop and get out of your vehicle. Just drive over them to collect them.
