How hard is P90X?
P90X overall is a difficult workout because you’re doing it 6 days per week and it’s an hour or more every day. The individual workouts may or may not be difficult for you, depending on your current level of fitness. Like Matthew, I also sweat like crazy during the first 45 minutes of yoga.
