- Free parking is available for students, employees and visitors at the Art Smith Aero Centre and Mayland Heights campus.

The SAIT parking garage, that operates on a pay-upon-exit basis, charges a $5 flat rate upon entry for the first hour or less, and adds $1.75 per half-hour after that, to a maximum of $17 in long-term parking and up to $26 in short-term parking.

Students living in residence can set up recurring monthly payments, or prepay for two, four or eight months. SAIT employees can purchase a monthly parking pass for lot P6, levels two and three. Pro-rated costs are not available.

SAIT parking lots and roadways are monitored to ensure the safety of our commuters and the quality of our facilities is maintained. Tickets will be issued to vehicles that do not comply with parking and transportation regulations. Review the list of parking violations and associated fines online .
What do the lot numbers mean in parking lots?
When you park on the street or in a parking lot, there are 4-digit lot numbers in each non-free parking zone. These zone numbers are coloured based on priority, which affects the pricing. You can go to the electronic parking machines situated every 100 metres or so, and enter your licence place number and zone number.
