Can you still get Silent Hill PT?

The “playable teaser” (or P.T.) for a game called Silent Hills – formerly set to be the latest in Konami’s long-running horror franchise before its cancellation – has been at risk of disappearing since its removal from the PlayStation Store simultaneous to the project’s cancellation.

P.T. was pulled from the PlayStation Network over five years ago, on Wednesday, 29th April 2015, amid Kojima’s acrimonious exit from Konami and the cancellation of Silent Hills. It is no longer available to re-download, even if you’ve downloaded the game previously, which is why PS4s with P.T.

How do I install Silent Hill PT?

Go to NETWORK settings….Download P.T. (Silent Hills) on PS4:

  1. Go to DOWNLOAD notification.
  2. If P.T. download error was there, press OPTIONS then DELETE (if its not there, you are OK).
  3. Go to LIBRARY.
  4. Choose P.T. and DOWNLOAD.

Is PT banned?

There was a problem between Hideo Kojima and Konami which result the cancellation of PT. So since the game was no longer in production, PSN decided to take the demo down. But for those people who already download the PT demo into their PlayStation, they can still play the demo whenever they want.
