For best results when using the Brieftons 5-Blade Spiralizer, please: Choose thick, firm and straight vegetables. Place the spiral slicer on an even, flat surface, and make sure to push down on the 4 corners until the suction cups are all secured against the surface.
What is Blade C on a Spiralizer?
On the Paderno Spiralizer, Blade C is the Blade with the smallest triangles and makes spaghetti-like noodles. Blade B is the blade with the larger triangles and makes thicker spaghetti-like noodles. Blade A is the blade with no triangles and creates ribbon-like noodles, similar to a pappardelle.

How do you Spiralise apples?
Twist the fork to scrape the apple against the blades. Hold the spiralizer over a bowl or dish. Turn the fork in a clockwise motion so the apple is pushed against the blades on the side of the spiralizer. The spiralized apple will fall into the bowl or dish.
What vegetables should I spiralize with each blade?
Due to the large number of vegetables that the spiralizer can be used for, it’s not possible to have a definite list of vegetables that should be spiralized for each blade. However the general rules of thumb are: For harder vegetables such as sweet potato or butternut squash, we recommend the use of a bigger blade e.g. 5mm or 5.5mm blades.
