The 1907, 1908, 1910, 1911, two different 1913 versions, and the 1914 version do not state an edition number on the cover or on the title page.

USNI, under the name Naval Institute Press, published the BJM from 1902 through 1913. From 1914 through 1937 various publishers are licensed to print the manual.
