This transaction has been cancelled by the RTBA as it has not met the conditions under section 411 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997. The transaction can no longer be accessed. The Electronic Transaction Number is no longer valid due to the bond being registered with the RTBA. A bond receipt will be emailed to you shortly.
How do I get my RTBA bond receipt?
A bond receipt will be emailed to you shortly. If you have not received your bond receipt, contact the RTBA on 1300 137 164. This transaction has been finalised and can no longer be accessed. The bond will be repaid in accordance with the instruction provided in the repayment claim.
How do I Lodge a bond with RTBA Vic et?
You will be sent a text from RTBA VIC ET (if you provided a mobile number) and an email with a link to confirm the transaction. Click on the link and you will be directed to your secure transaction details, in this case a pending bond lodgment. Review and accept the terms of use.
