Our carpet had stretched since it was installed 2 years ago so we were very happy that they came in and re stretched it at no charge. Home Depot customer service is not very good. The installers are wonderful. I’m very satisfied with my new carpet, the whole process was very professional and easy!!!! Home depot personnel was great.
