How many wineries are in Temecula CA?
The Temecula Valley is Southern California’s Wine Country. Nearly 50 wineries populate the region’s rolling hills and sprawling valleys producing a variety of wines, including award-winning and artisan Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir.
Are reservations required for Temecula wineries?
Wine tasting is offered at each winery. Guests simply pay as you taste at each winery you so choose. Hours of operation are listed on each Winery’s page www.temeculawines.org/winerylisting. Reservations are required if you plan on touring with a transportation company and have a party of 8 or more.
Can you walk from winery to winery in Temecula?
Actually you can walk between three wineries which are located on Rancho California Road. Because these three wineries are on the same side of the street, you can do so without concern with the traffic that is along Rancho California Road. The three wineries are SouthCoast, Ponte and Wiens Family.
Can you walk around a winery?
It is perfectly okay to walk around the public areas of wineries. You might also want to think about sharing a tasting with someone else.
