Purchased a couple of pair of shoes from Sparco Fashion UK. Really happy with the fit and quality. These are some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve had and very similar to the Sparco race shoes.

One of the previous reviewers said these shoes run small. I have narrow to medium width feet, and I usually wear between a 10.5 and 11 in US sizes, meaning for shoes that run small I go with 11, and 10.5 for the shoes running big.

Wear racing shoes to race faster. Research shows you’ll run about 1-second-per-mile faster for every ounce that you shave off the weight of your running shoes. If you go from a 12-ounce training shoe to a 8-ounce racer, that’s 4 seconds per mile. Or 12 seconds in a 5-K. Or as much as 1 minute, 45 seconds in a marathon.

Give yourself time to adapt to the new footwear. Injuries result from training too much, too soon in flats and, in the case of racing, too little, too soon.
