The toll cap does not apply to EastLink trip passes. Monday to Friday (excluding Victorian Public Holidays), EastLink car tolls for short trips limited to a single tolling section are automatically discounted by 20%. The single section discount for cars does not apply to trips through the EastLink tunnels.
