CAT does not offer a water separator filter small enough to fit on this lift pump. The 2 corners of the mounting bracket will have to be ground back and the plastic filter retainers on the bottom of the lift pump need to be removed. Once those 2 simple modifications are made, your CAT filter will spin right on!

AirDog replacement Fuel Filters are 2 Micron, and the typical service interval is 1 year, or 15,000 miles. Water Separators have a much longer service interval and replacement depends on the physical condition.
