I ordered the PT18A-34090 initially. That one did not fit my truck, yet it was supposed to. It fit inside of my exhaust pipe instead of over it. So I ordered this one with hopes it would fit and it did! I have a 2010 Tundra SR5 4.6L V8 with the TRD package. According to the description it is intended for the 5.7 V8.
