Just decided to share fix that I found yesterday, helped me to jump from 20 fps to constant 60.
- go to documents/witcher 2/config and open file called User.ini.
- Change line TextureMemoryBudget to 900 (if you have 1gb of vram) or to 1536 (if you have 2gb of vram)
- have fun.
