From Control Center
- Open Control Center using the player address.
- Go to Operations > Reset page for HMP400, HMP350, HMP300, and DiVA players, respectively Maintenance page for HMP200, HMP130, and HMP100 devices.
- Click the “Reset to Factory” / “Reset to Factory Default” button.
- Wait for the player to boot.
