- Remove the seat.
- Locate the throttle cable adjuster.
- Squeeze the end of the rubber boot and slide it far enough.
- Loosen the adjuster lock nut.
- Rotate the boot to turn the adjuster until 1/16″ to 1/8″
- Tighten the lock nut.
