There is only one place where you can get high enough to earn this. Climb Arkam Mansion and head toward the clock tower. Once your on the very top platform hold down and run off the platform, keep holding down to glide down towards the door which leads you to Arkam North.

Once you climb/grapple to the highest point, run and jump off holding to glide. Avoid other buildings and obstacles to get the longest flight distance you can. If the distance is over 100m, then you will earn the trophy.
