The Ioun stones (DMG, 176) have no limitations on more than one being used, so you can absolutely do that! But they do require attunement, so unless you can attune to more than 3 items, you can only have 3 going at any given time (and no other magic items.)

An ioun stone, also capitalized Ioun stone, is a small, magical crystal which orbits the bearer’s head, conferring magical powers. A wide variety of different shapes and colors of ioun stone exist, each granting a different magical property. Ioun stones are rare, with some exceptional stones being unique.

The only exception are untyped bonuses – they stack as often as they appear, as long as they have a different source. Circumstance bonuses are untyped, as are most penalties.
