Incredibly great disappointment, poor quality and terribly slow customer service. The major problem is the down leakage, that other fabricants mean is manufacturing defect, while Moncler think it’s natural. Then the coat cannot withstand the slightest rain.

How long does it take to get a Moncler jacket back?
The returned jacket took approximately 4 weeks to get back to Moncler, UPS were the courier they use. Once they had the jacket back they said it was not in original condition and that the tags were removed. I told them this was impossible unless someone had tampered with the package.
Can I get a refund from Moncler?
Wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. Seems that Moncler use the same tricks with all their customers wishing to return goods. Gilet returned in December, courier has apparently lost the parcel and have confirmed this. Moncler are still investigating 6 months later and will not issue a refund.
