In order to solo, duo, or even trio the Sha of Pride, you have to kill him before the first Prisons, on every difficulty, including LFR.
How do you beat Immerseus solo?
Looks like a fairly simple fight. Stay out of Sha Pools and the Seeping Sha, dodge Swirls when possible, and burn him to each intermission. During intermission DPS the Sha Puddles / heal the Contaminated Puddles and prepare for next phase. Rinse and repeat.

Immediately taunt the Sha whenever your fellow tank if afflicted by [Wounded Pride]. When allies are trapped by [Corrupted Prison], stand on the locks beside the prison to free them. If your Pride is between 50 and 74 when the Sha casts [Swelling Pride], stand in your nearby [Projection] to prevent a raidwide explosion.

Corrupted Prison – The Sha of Pride activates 2 titan prisons, trapping a player inside each. As the prison activates, it releases a burst of Sha energy that inflicts 90 Shadow damage to all players within 12 yards, knocking them back and giving them 5 Pride.
