So long as you have chargeable serices with BT I am confident that you will be able to keep your btconnect.com e-mail address. That said if you dont have a chargeable service on that account (the one with the email attached) you may have some issues when we do our data clenses, this is a known issue and BT is working on fixing this.

In that case its probably been deleted, as part of a cleanup of accounts by BT Business, as you need to have a BT business account to maintain it. I would suggest that you ask on the BT Business forum, as I seem to remember a similar question posted there.
